Ciara visited The Wendy Williams Show wearing a leather Balmain shearling lined biker jacket($10,450) and Christian Louboutin knee high boots. The Balmain biker jacket is made up of lambskin leather and features accentuated shoulders, and silver zipper detailing. Ciara has really stepped her fashion game up as she goes out promoting the new album "Basic Instinct" which hits stores today.
