the new mixtape from rapper T.I. was released on New Years Eve at 12pm. The tape is part of the master plan he has to restructure ATL back to it's roots as far as being the mecca of the music/rap industry. He has alot of rappers from the city as well as beats from alot of locals to represent that on the mixtape.
